Dal Mill Plant
This 100TPD Masoor(Lentil) Dal Mill Plant is running in Ethiopia now. It is a turn-key project we built in 2016. It includes cleaning, peeling, grading, splitting, color sorting, polishing and auto packing functions in one plant. Automatically running, energy and labour costs saving, higher output rate and best dal quality in the market is its main advantage.

(1) Multiple Beans Processing
Our production line can process many kinds of beans, such as lentils, mung beans, soybeans, chickpeas, peas, black eyed peas, etc. (Change the beans, the machine needs to be re-adjusted)
(2) Full Size of Finished Beans(Dal)
Our production line can produce peeled whole size beans or peeled and splitted beans. One plant can produce many kinds of dal.
(3) Higher Output and Better Quality

Machine Details
Our beans processing line includes cleaning, peeling, grading, splitting, color sorting, polishing and auto packing. All process in one plant.
It is a two-layer plant with strong steel fram. This reduce the space needed. All the equipment can be maintained easily.
The entire process from cleaning to packaging uses gravity and wind to reduce unnecessary power consumption. Fully automatic operation, 1-2 workers can operate the entire production, and the subsequent labor cost investment is low.
