Barley

Barley is a major cereal grain in temperate climates globally. People cultivat it as early as 10,000 years ago. It has been used as animal fodder, material for beer, and as a component of various health foods. People make it to soups and stews, and Barley-Bread. According to its production, it is the fourth among grains in 2017. After dehulling / peeling,  people use Dehulled Barley with its bran and germ to make food.
